In the year 1994, during his stay in Hong Kong, Nicolás Nuñez comes
into contact for the first time with organic products, which until
that moment, were almost unknown in Argentina.
Impulsed by desire of a life change, in 1997 he returned to Argentina,
where he met Diego Lerner, his future business partner by then
Together, motivated by the passion of natural production and the
care for the environment, they journeyed Patagonia until they found
the place that could bring their vision to life: produce foods organically
and socially responsible, providing a grain of sand in pursuit of
changing the trend of which food is produced in the world today.
Thus, in the year 1998, Valle del Medio was born, a place where we produce
sustainable handmade sweets without chemical additives and organic fine
fruits certified by the Agribusiness International Organization (OIA by
its Spanish abbreviation).
Since March 2011 the project has integrated Dulces Masseube.
